1. If any client is Not Happy with Our Services Then client having right to take his advance refund with in 1 week of web site work start, JP Soft having no any provision of refund of Money if work is done more than 1 week.

2. JP Soft work on data provided by Our Clients, So Data responsibility is Client only. If data is wrong JP Soft is not responsible for any data (Verification/spelling Mistakes).

(So please check web site carefully and if anything incorrect send the detail before web site Launch, after web Site Launch JP Soft is not responsible  for any content of web Site)

JP Web sites when get launched only 4-5 Days of running the web site client can ask for small changes/corrections after this there is no any provision for free changes.

After launch of web site all updating will be through written email communication and it after finalization of Price Quote and Time Quote JP Soft will take the updating of web site.

3.  Any Error which may be temporary on server for few days, JP Soft Is not responsible for it.

4. If any Web Site is complete and Launched there is no any provision for return of Charges, because JP Soft has provided services taken services charge for it.

5. For Dynamic web site: Client is responsible for entering his data from Admin panel.JP Soft is not responsible any incorrect or illegal information on client web site.
